Second, we’ll be happy if our mudlark actually manages to reach full fitness for the final. We really do not expect him to, as we managed to forget to book vet hours for him after the race. His first vet session will be on Tuesday and for a competitive 2yo long final that’s pushing it! That being said, success or not, Seahorse Racing are just as happy contributing to the competitive action of the race and will of course do our best to race the horse to its limit, fit or not. It’s not a world beater though, never was, even at full fitness, so for a top-5 finish we are basically depending on the better horses to make mistakes. But you never know. It’s horse racing! Time Soprano of Spuraholics looked incredibly strong in the heats and we expect him to repeat that amazing form in the final. Strong favourite to win the cup in our opinion.”
