History Awaits
There is a touch more than pride and prestige on the line in Saturday’s Jewel of the Mile race. It is called “The Triple Crown”. This is the last leg of one of the great classic races on the 4yo’s racing calendar and the question on every racing fan’s lips is – can he do it?
The talking horse is a 5 times world cup champion namely Kingsman, who represents the all-powerful Manor Park Stud stable. This son of Fanatic looks almost impossible to oppose today, and stands out as a banker bet in all exotics.
The Dangers
The runner from the Ezulwini stable, Endangered Prophet is one cool chick, and came very close in upsetting the favorite in the heat. Could she be the biggest danger to the favorite?
Not Very Good is another top class mare in her own right; she has finished twice to the hot pot favorite before in world cup finals. Expect another bold showing.
The recently purchased runner from the Team Monkfish stable Rum ‘n’ Porn, is starting to show promise, and is one to keep an eye on.
The runners from the MolietSurfer stable can never be discarded, and further improvement could see his runner Jockey Pinkboy go close.
Velocita Boutique could earn a nice cheque for the stable.
