Post race comments from:
Winner: – St Simon Racing – ” Another very pleasing cup win for this mare. A big THANK YOU must go to Chaotic Neutral for letting me use his jockey, I really appreciate it matey and to the sponsor of these races Hareeba also, thank you.”
Others: – Burgersfortheboyz – “Our filly tired in the last furlong and narrowly missed a place. Captain’s Secret has proven herself the superior horse of her age group and won her 3rd world cup in an absolute canter.”
Others: – Spuraholics – “Tonal Aglaea ran a great race at this stage of her development. Very disappointed to have to scratch Time Supramo due to a float mishap but all accolades with the winner and we would have only been vying for 2nd spot. Congrats Captain.”

4 | 2 | Rollin In The Deep | Bristol Turks | Bree Vascones | 1:11.373 |
5 | 4 | Addie Over Inca | Addictive Racing | Kendall Gordley | 1:11.380 |
Post race comments from:
Winner: – Force – “I’m very happy with Dasher’s second WC. I knew Choppa would be a threat and I was hoping to build up a big enough lead before the final quarter. Luckily for me it was just enough and Dasher ended up winning by less than a length.”
Others: – Winning Post Farm – “Blacksmith missed the break but battled his way back into the chasing pack. A place was all I could have expected anyway so third is no disgrace in a decent field. We look forward to better ground in future where I would expect Blacksmith to improve but this is yet another great effort on dead ground. Well done to the winner and also the second who ran a great race and almost caused an upset.”
Others: – Bristol Turk – “Predictable result for my horse. I was gambling on the weather, thinking if the going is on the slow side she might have a chance but wasn’t to be. Congrats to Force, very nice win.”

5 | 5 | Big Bad Lawmaker | Burgersfortheboyz | Jake Chambers | 1:47.750 |
Post race comments from:
Winner: – St Simon Racing – “Stubbornness and stupidity are twins. I should have changed jockeys a long time ago. Really happy with the win against the top stables in the game in a WR time. Special thanks to the sponsor of the race.”
Others: – Angel’s Flight – “Congrats to Capo on a superb win today with Flicka, keep doing your thing!”
Others: – Bristol Turk – “I was happy my horse’s run, placing in what was a very competitive field. Congratulations to Captain, very good win.”
Others: – Burgersfortheboyz – “Our horse ran on for fifth with something in reserve. The penny might finally be dropping. Up front was a true spectacle with both St Simon and Manor Park waging a two horse war. There deserved to be no loser however it was St Simon holding on taking home their second world cup for the Sydney program. A marvelous achievement.”

Post race comments from:
Winner: – Woogle Wood – “Really pleased with New Terrain‘s win, not least because of the very challenging conditions, 3200m on heavy going. He remains undefeated in cup finals, with a cup win every season from 2yo to 6yo, over different distances and track conditions. Many thanks to Red for sponsoring the cup too.”

5 | 4 | Furiosa | Karaka Breeders | Yukiko Bila | 2:30.567 |
Post race comments from:
Winner: – Dixon Racing – “Emperor has really come on strongly after a shaky 2yo start to his career, and seems to get better with each run. He has a bit of long xp so his next mission will be the 4yo Breeders Cup which I think will suit him better than the epics – holding thumbs”
Others: – Karaka Breeders – “Picked up a cheque in this field was ok. Will appreciate getting back to a long distance.”
Others: – Desert Wind Stables – “Seaside Scandal is forever in Secret Emperor‘s shadow and the Diamond was no exception. Second was the best I was expecting although I’m slightly concerned that the trainer’s after race comment was the horse came back with ‘more to give’. Back to the drawing board.”

Others: – Priceless Speedsters – “Congratulations to Bodrum, clearly the dead favorite in this class and probably a future TC winner. Sunday Silence won the battle for 2nd so we are pleased that we’re trending up.”
